1hr Holistic Treatment Session €50
Treatments last for an hour and may include any of the therapies found on the therapies page. Please allow an additional 15 minutes for your first visit to discuss your treatment options.
How to book an appointment.
Call, Whatsapp or Email me to ask any questions you may have about the therapies and clinic. We can then briefly discuss what you hope to gain from the treatment.
Then if you are happy to book a treatment, I will send you a followup WhatsApp message with a payment link for a €20 booking deposit to secure your appointment. I will also request your full name and reason for treatment (knee injury, relaxation, anxiety).
What to expect from your first treatment
For your first treatment please allow an additional 15 minutes for a consultation, where you can enjoy a cup of herbal/green tea and a biscuit while we discuss the best treatment therapies for you and go over any pertinent medical history.
If you are coming for a pamper, or general relaxation session the consultation will be shorter as I require less information.
The treatment will last for an hour. You remain clothed, although you may be asked to adjust or remove certain items of clothing to allow me to work on particular areas. For further information and example videos on the different therapies please check out the therapies page here.
Your next step
After your treatment there is ample time to relax and discuss how you can take an active role in looking after your health and wellbeing. This may include further appointments, stretches and breathing exercises, or even using ear seeds and acupressure points.
